The screenings are not covered by Medicare and most other insurance companies. Payment for the AMBA tests are to be made only with a check or money order made payable to AMBA Wellness Programs. An additional separate fee of $5, payable in cash or check, will be charged by Rotary to cover costs of advertising and light refreshments for individuals having blood screening tests. Rotary uses any proceeds remaining after expenses to make charitable contributions within the community.
